Learn to Skate (LTS) Practice ice is designed for Wilmette Park District Basic Skill level program skaters to skate independently providing they are in Snowplow 2 or Basic 2 and above. Skaters below SPS 2/ Basic 2 must be in a private lesson. All skaters not enrolled in a program class MUST be in a private lesson. If the skater is in a private lesson the coach is responsible for making sure the skater has paid for their ice time.
