Sewing is a great way to begin to learn how things are put together. We will learn how to thread needles, make functional and decorative stitches, plan fun, simple projects and complete them. Beginning with small felt badges and pencil tops, we will progress to felt stuffed toys and then projects with woven fabric, such as bags and book covers. Students will get to try sewing with a machine.
