Enjoy a gentle yoga practice that will focus on slow movements to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body while keeping your mind alert and sharp. Thoughtful movements performed while seated, on hands and knees, standing, and lying down, will help build a mind/body connection in a supportive environment. These gentle, guided movements and stretches will improve flexibility, strength, and balance, and will increase blood circulation, decrease stress, improve cognitive brain function and memory, and prevent pain.
