This class covers a variety of standing and chair yoga poses, as well as some mat options. Class will be modified for those unable, or who would not like to, go to the floor for mat work. We work on balance, strengthening your core and increasing your flexibility. We offer a variety of stretching in the chair as well as standing, then mat stretching at the end.
