We'll start with dynamic standing stretches to warm up the muscles, then transition to wall, chair, and mat work. We use foam rollers for myofascial release and balls will be available for those not comfortable with the foam roller. All exercises can be done standing or in a chair, no need to go to the floor! In person or virtual option available. Instructor: KC Bleuher. Friday and Saturday mornings.
