Join us for a fun and exciting workout that will effectively train every part of your body! Each 45-minute indoor cycling class will focus on cardio challenges and hill climbs that are suited for all participant levels. Each bike has a personalized computer that will track the number of calories you burned, how far you went, and your pace. Bring water and a towel to class. A heart rate monitor is optional, but highly recommended. Free for ARC Fit and Plus Pass members—your discount will be applied at checkout. Non-members may register on the day of the class.
