Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Anjou website (anjou.app) or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Description of Service

Anjou is a personalized activity discovery platform that helps parents and caregivers find kids' activities, camps, and classes in their area. We aggregate information from third-party activity providers and present it in a searchable, recommendation-driven format. Anjou does not directly provide, operate, or supervise any activities listed on the Platform.

User Accounts

The mobile app requires account creation to access personalized features. By creating an account, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are a parent or legal guardian of any children whose profiles you create.
  • The information you provide is accurate and current.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The website (anjou.app) does not require an account and is available for public browsing.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of discovering activities for children. You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform in an automated manner without permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Platform to collect personal information about other users.
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

Third-Party Content and Activity Listings

Activity information displayed on Anjou, including pricing, schedules, locations, and availability, is sourced from third-party providers and may change without notice. Anjou makes reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listed activity.

Parents and caregivers are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability and safety of any activity for their children. We encourage you to verify all activity details directly with the provider before enrolling.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, and software, are the property of Anjou and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Subscriptions and Payments

Anjou may offer premium features through paid subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription through the mobile app:

  • Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
  • Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
  • Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store's refund policy.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANJOU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY ACTIVITY LISTINGS, ENROLLMENT DECISIONS, OR ACTIVITY PARTICIPATION.
