This class covers the basics from how to quickly adjust the strap lengths to learning and mastering the foundational movements. *TRX training is adaptable to participants of all ability levels. By changing your angle and vector an exercise can be scaled back or become even more challenging. Free for ARC Fit and Plus Pass members—your discount will be applied at checkout. Non-members may register on the day of the class.
