Start your week off with mobility and yoga. After a weekend road trip or hours of sitting in the bleachers watching youth spots you need to loosen up your hips and stretch out. Not just a "hip opener", this class focuses on strengthening and stretching the muscles supporting the hips as well as strengthening the core and legs. Yoga straps, blocks and mats are provided. All levels are encouraged to practice. Free for ARC Fit and Plus Pass members—your discount will be applied at checkout. Non-members may register on the day of the class.
