<div><div><b>Level 1</b></div><div><div><div>Level 1 diving will teach the foundation of diving from the diving board. Participants will learn the front hurdle, front jumps in different positions, front dive, back press and jump, back fall in entry, and introduce front flip from the side of the pool.</div><div><p class="MsoNormal"><b>*Prerequisite -</b> all participants should be able to jump from the diving board and swim 20 yards unassisted. There is no swim instructor in the diving class, so participants should be very confident in the deep water.
