This requirement ensures that all participants are prepared to independently change themselves and use the restroom without assistance*</span></li><li><font size="5">Sessions are M-Th.</font></li><li><font size="5">Sign up for one session or sign up for them all.</font></li><li><font size="5">Bring a packed lunch. Ridge Ave. 60004. Off of Euclid and NW Hwy. ARC is an indoor facility. Swimming will take place in one of our four indoor pools. Sports and games will be played in our indoor gymnasium and outside on our soccer field.
