ARC Studio A
Using the principles of Pilates, this class will build stability, control and movement efficiency, develop core strength, improve posture, and refine movement mechanics. The TRX Suspension Trainer can be used similar to a Pilates Reformer as well as a tool for Pilates Matt exercises. <div><br></div><div>The class is progressive and will build each week as we explore and learn to use the TRX in a different modality. <div><div><br></div> </div></div>
