Hapkido is the Korean art of self-defense, distinguished by its unique combination of self-defense techniques and discipline. Hapkido emphasizes subduing an opponent with minimal strength, making it accessible and effective for all. Students learn traditional martial arts techniques, including kicks, punches, forms, and blocks, along with stranger awareness for children and safety protocols for adults. Additionally, students are taught safe falling techniques. Note: Beginner students meet from 7:00–8:00 PM, while advanced students meet from 7:00–9:00 PM. Returning Students: Returning students are given priority enrollment and must register at least one week before the program start date. Returning students who miss this deadline will forfeit their priority status and will be placed in the general enrollment pool alongside new students. New Students: New students are welcome to sign up at any time. You will be notified five days before the program begins regarding your enrollment status. Note: Beginner students meet 7 PM - 8 PM.
