This unique water class blends grounded movement with suspended flow. The first half takes place in shallow water, where participants stay connected to the pool floor, building strength and stability through low impact resistance work. In the second half, they transition into deeper water, becoming partially suspended. Movements shift to floating stretches, balance work, and gentle cardio, using water's support to move with ease and fluidity. Aquatic belts will be provided for this class.
