Crimson Heart Children's Yoga classes are designed especially for children to move, breathe, and grow! In this fun and engaging class, kids will learn a variety of age-appropriate yoga poses that build strength, balance, and flexibility. Through mindful movement, breathing exercises, and games, children will improve coordination, focus, and body awareness. Yoga helps kids build confidence, develop healthy habits, and grow strong all while having fun in a positive, supportive environment. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle; mats will be available if needed.
