Join us and continue your efforts to be fast and fit. Keep all the endurance from the winter swim team season during our spring workouts while staying in shape for the summer swim team season. Each week swimmers will cover a new stroke or topic over the course of a 6 week program. Swimmers will cover Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly, Starts/Finishes and Flip Turns/Diving! To get the most out of this class you must have experience with a swim team and/or must meet mandatory prerequisites on the first day: Ages 5-8 olds must be able to swim freestyle 25 yards (1 length of the pool) with rotary breathing. Ages 9 and up must be able to swim 50 yards freestyle and 50 yards of backstroke, breaststroke or butterfly.
