Calisthenics & Strength 101 (Ages 15+) Learn the Fundamentals of calisthenics & build strength and control of your own body! This class is open to all fitness levels for those who are interested in building bodyweight strength, control and mobility while using minimal equipment. Each full body workout includes different exercise variations for each strength and skill level. Class meets twice a week. Led by experienced Trainer, Gymnasts, Ninja Warrior, and King of Calisthenics himself; Kurt Lawrence! (4 weeks) Held at Mundelein Community Center
