Tackle various obstacles seen on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior. Ninjas are not required to have any prior experience with obstacles. Students learn how to approach new challenges safely while having fun. Instructors set goals and challenges to help students develop solid fundamental skills. Closed-toe tennis shoes and athletic apparel are required. A water bottle is recommended.
