Flag football is the newest IHSA-approved high school sport for girls, and participation has exploded. Experienced Flag instructors will help your girls of the gridiron hone their skills on both sides of the football - passing, running, catching, and one on one and zone defense. By the end of the program, participants will be primed to compete in their flag football leagues or excel in their school tryouts.
