Elements focused on in this level: 100 yards of all four strokes (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle) with emphasis on endurance, good form, and consistency w/good turns; Introduction to relay starts; Tread water for 5 minutes (consistently); Proper starts, turns, finishes, and streamline.
