Participants will complete 4 one-on-one personal training sessions and 1 nutrition focused session with a certified personal trainer. Each student will learn: Proper warm-up techniques, Appropriate equipment usage, Equipment safety & spotting techniques, Basic muscle anatomy, Proper lifting techniques, Proper exercise form, Stretching & mobility fundamentals, Basic gym etiquette. A verbal or written exam will be given at the end of each session. Final session will include a written test of knowledge.
