What if Neverland wasn’t just an island full of adventures… but a magical summer camp? At Camp Neverland, the Lost Boys and Girls compete in flying contests, sword-fighting tournaments, treasure hunts, and even fairy dust experiments, all under the watchful (and sometimes mischievous) eye of Peter Pan. But when rival pirates and tricky mermaids get involved, the students must work together to save their school from chaos. Packed with laughs, action, and plenty of magical mischief, Neverland High is a fun-filled adventure where teamwork, imagination, and a little fairy dust make every day extraordinary. Instructor Liz Botts brings 25 years of experience to help foster a love for theater, help kids develop social skills, self-confidence, and an appreciation for the performing arts. Throughout the program, participants will rehearse and perform their show after the last class. Each week, the actors will: Learn acting skills, including voice projection, stage presence, and character development. Practice scenes and lines from the play, gradually building confidence. Participate in team-building activities to encourage collaboration and creativity. At the end of the program, the students will perform in front of an audience, showcasing their hard work, dedication, and growth as young actors! The price of this program is for all five sessions and includes all props and costumes! Session dates are: May 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th Performance on May 30th at 11:30am in the Sports & Recreation Studio.
