Belly Dance is a mild cardio, full body workout, from the toes to the nose! It improves muscle tone in a low impact way, increases core strength, improves stability and balance, and the steps and torso moves put a healthy strain on the bones to keep them strong and dense. Reduce the stress of the day and keep your mind sharp while learning the unique belly dance combinations with other like--minded adults while having fun. No dance experience required! Wear comfortable clothes. Barefoot (socks) or soft dance shoes preferred. Street shoes are not allowed on the studio floor. (KG)
