2026 LOCATION: EVERGREEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL For kids entering grades 2-7 Weekly highlights include sports, games, field trips, McCaslin Park, Coyote Crossing Mini Golf, additional park visits, and swimming at Coral Cove Water Park. Our counselors are great role models and their top priority is to provide a safe place for your child to have an active, rewarding summer. You want the best for your child and our goal is to provide a summer filled with memories that last a lifetime! A $35 nonrefundable enrollment fee and payment for your child’s first week are due at registration. A payment plan is available, with fees drafted on Mondays two weeks prior to each attendance week. Automatic Payment Request form is required for all payment plans. Receive the early bird discount on all weeks registered for by April 30. Any weeks registered for after April 30 are charged at the standard rate. Refunds, credits, and transfers within 14 days of the attendance week are not available. If withdrawing more than 14 days in advance and requesting a refund, a 10% service fee is applied. Refunds and credits are not available for absences of any sort. Requests for WDSRA inclusion support must be made by April 30. Support is not guaranteed and participation may be delayed if a staff cannot be secured.
