Gibbs-Morrison Cafe
This high-energy spring program introduces athletes to the core fundamentals of cheerleading in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Participants will develop proper cheer motions and body control, improve strength and conditioning, practice voice projection and chants, and learn basic tumbling and introductory stunting techniques. Athletes will also work together to build a basic performance routine for parade participants. Throughout the program, emphasis is placed on teamwork, confidence-building, performance quality, and strict safety protocols to ensure all participants train safely while building strong foundational skills. Perfect for beginners and those looking to strengthen their cheer fundamentals in a positive and energetic setting.
