Celebrate your birthday at Austin Gardens! Our naturalists will guide you through fun hands-on exploration and help you have a truly wild birthday! Party Details: Package includes the birthday child and up to 10 guests (11 total youth/teens) Including adults, 20 guests maximum Additional children over 11 cannot be refunded within 7 days of the party date. Guests should arrive at 12:30P. Set-up time begins at 1200P. Party Includes: 2 hours of private party time at AGEEC, plus 30 minutes for setup Artifact exploration (shells, furs, fossils, and more!) led by one of our staff naturalists Naturalist-led nature themed craft Main multipurpose room for food, cake, and gifts Staff available for assistance throughout the party Trash removal Please note that cancellation requests received up to 14 days prior to party date are eligible to receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation requests made within 14 days of party date are not eligible for a refund. Please Note: All food must be either catered or otherwise pre-packaged, with the exception of birthday cake. Be mindful of potential allergies of your party goers! Decorations and supplies (including plates, cups, utensils, candles, lighter, etc.) are the responsibility of the party host. Bring sticky-tack if you wish to hang decorations on the walls. It is the only adhesive allowed in the room, no tape permitted.
