RCRC Multipurpose Room (Medium)
Throw a birthday party everyone is sure to remember! We will work closely with you on every detail to ensure your birthday party is filled with fun. Let us host your party in the activity rooms at Ridgeland Common with ice skating included inside the Paul Hruby Ice Arena (during Public Skate hours only)! Party Reservation Information: Package includes room rental for party child and up to 25 guests for 2.5 hours. $10 per additional guest - max of 30 guests for all ages. Increases over 25 after time of booking is not allowed. No refunds for additional guests over 25 will be given less than 7 days before the party. Party Format: The lobby provides a great view for adults who want to watch the fun but stay warm! Participants have use of the party room where they can enjoy food, cake, and presents throughout the reservation. Party leaders will help with serving food and help clean up the room afterward, including carrying the party supplies and presents to your car and trash removal. Party Includes: A stuffed animal for the birthday child. A dedicated party leader. Party room. Skates for all attendees and access to the Paul Hruby Ice Arena. (Skating begins 30 minutes after room rental starts and ends 15 minutes before the room rental is complete) Help with food service and clean up. Assistance moving supplies/gifts to your car. Trash removal. Please note that cancellation requests received up to 21 days prior to party date are eligible to receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation requests made within 21 days of party date are not eligible for a refund. Things To Note: You are only allowed in the party room during your booked time no sooner. All food must be either catered or otherwise pre-packaged, with the exception of birthday cake. Be mindful of potential allergies of your party goers. Decorations and supplies (including plates, cups, utensils, candles, lighter, etc) are the responsibility of the party host. Bring stick-tack if you wish to hang decorations on the walls- it is the only adhesive allowed in the party room (no tape). Ice skating is only available during Public Skate hours. Public Skate begins 30 minutes after room rental starts and ends 15 minutes before the room rental is complete. Attendees are limited to the party room once Public Skate has ended.
