This 4-week experience brings you to a different local park each Saturday, combining fresh air, natural surroundings, and creative use of park features for a fun and challenging workout. Each session is designed to push your limits while keeping things fresh and engaging—think bodyweight circuits, functional training, park equipment, hills, and open space. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a chance to connect with others in the community, build camaraderie, and stay motivated together.
