Build your strength, competence, and confidence in the 3 big lifts- bench, squat and deadlift. If you've ever wanted to try powerlifting and weren't sure how to start, or if you feel like you've hit a wall with your current lifting progress, this class is for you. We'll focus on perfecting your form and picking the right accessory exercises, so you can safely start adding more plates to the bar and hitting new personal bests. Basic experience is suggested, but all levels welcome.
