Our Flag Football League is perfect for young girl athletes looking to pass, catch, and compete in a fun, fast-paced environment. Whether you're a future quarterback, lightning-fast receiver, or lockdown defender, there's a place for you on the field! The season includes 8 weeks of regular-season games and weekly hour-long practices, followed by an exciting single-elimination playoff tournament. Games are 5 vs. 5 or 6 vs. 6 depending on the team roster and are officiated by referees to keep things fair and fun. All games take place on Saturdays with exact times determined by the schedule. There will be a Skills Combine. After the Skills Combine there will be a Team Formation Meeting which helps ensure balance and competitive play. Practice times are determined by each team’s head coach. Each player receives an NFL Flag jersey and flag, and playoff championship trophies are awarded at the end of the season. With so many athletes participating, we’re unable to accommodate requests for specific teammates, coaches, practice locations, or practice nights.
