This high-energy strength and movement class is designed just for kids ages 9-12 who want to build confidence, coordination, and strong muscles in a fun and supportive environment. We'll use light weights, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and games to teach proper form, boost endurance, and keep things exciting. Moms, while you're attending Ladies Who Lift, your child can feel empowered and strong in Kiddos Who Lift.
