Irwin - Art Room · Homewood, IL
In this interactive engineering camp, students will design and build motion-based projects such as spinning gear systems, marble runs, and simple moving builds using a combination of wood components, hardware, and select 3D printed elements. Participants will explore how movement works by creating projects that spin, roll, and interact through hands-on construction. Each week, students will complete and take home a new motion-based build. By the end of the session, students will have created multiple kinetic projects, demonstrating basic mechanical building, movement design, and problem-solving skills.
