Decomposer Detectives explore the hidden world of tiny creatures that recycle nature's leftovers. Participants will examine moss, lichen, soil, and leaf litter to find microfauna like springtails and roly polies, then take a short hike to look under logs. Everyone will create a small forest terrarium to bring home, complete with springtails that help keep the mini-ecosystem healthy.
