This program is designed for participants with minimal to no formal swimming experience, or who may be working to overcome a fear of the water. Classes will focus on building up your confidence and comfort in the water while practicing water safety skills. These skills include air exchange/breathing, floating, treading and the foundations of the strokes. All instructors are certified through Starfish Aquatics Institute.
