Children will learn skills on vault, uneven bars, beam and floor in a safe and controlled atmosphere. Children will spend a small portion of class time conditioning and strengthening the appropriate muscles to help improve their gymnastics skills. Children who are new to gymnastics should enroll in a Developmental I class. Former students should enroll in the class level instructed by their coach on their class recommendation sheet. Participants may be asked to transfer to the appropriate level class.
