This program is designed for participants who are comfortable in the water and have experience with the foundational swimming skills (air exchange, floating, kicking, streamline). Participants do not need to complete a beginner class prior to registering for intermediate. Classes will focus on the strokes, improving your technique and endurance. All instructors are certified through Starfish Aquatics Institute.
