The Fox Valley Flash Track Club is designed to help youth learn proper fundamentals and reach their full potential through track and field. Juniors: This level of the Fox Valley Flash is designed with the goals of introducing the sport of track and various events. Participants will be introduced to running correctly in a fun & safe environment. A typical practice will incorporate proper stretching, warm up habits, and structured trainings designed for endurance and exercise! They will also begin to focus on the different types of track & field events including sprints, long distance, hurdles, jumping, & throwing. In these practices, participants will begin to increase speed, agility, and endurance. This level does not run competitively.
