<p class="MsoNormal">Take on area players in a fast, fun, one night all doubles co-ed competition.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>2.0-2.4 Beginners are not an appropriate fit for this program as it focuses on match play with an understanding of scoring and rotations.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Sign up for one of eight spots for a 90-min scramble with a staff coach on site to help administer the matches.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Players will randomly partner up and then play a no-ad set.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>At the conclusion of the set the two teams that won will face off, splitting partners, and vice versa for the first round losing teams.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>The second and subsequent rounds will continue this rotation after each no-ad set.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Players will use a 9 point tie-breaker at 5-5 in order to keep the rotations moving.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Ideally, three sets should be completed.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Scores for the scramble are not tracked.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Players should bring their own racquets and a can of new extra duty tennis balls.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>The courts will be held for the scramble so as to ensure that it starts on time.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>If a scramble fills, please add to the waitlist as we can reach out should someone drop out.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>If a scramble is canceled due to weather it will play a week later at the same time and site.
