Every level Practice class has a corresponding level Instructional class. Instructional classes provide detailed explanation of everything contained in the Practice class. Ideally, a student would take both.

Adult vs Senior Classes: Adult and Senior Tai Chi classes have the same content and instruction. Senior classes are priced for those 50 and over. Anyone 60 and over can register for an Adult Tai Chi class and receive a 20% senior discount.

In Person vs Virtual vs Hybrid: Some classes are in person only; some are virtual only (via Zoom) and some are hybrid. Hybrid classes are simultaneously offered in person and via Zoom. If you cannot attend an in-person class on a specific date, you can participate at home via Zoom. (lmo)
