Multiple Locations
This program is designed to introduce your child to a lifetime of tennis fun! During the first part of the lesson, parents assist their child using the ABCs - agility, balance and coordination - using fun, tennis-based activities. Children learn basic tennis skills utilizing the USTA's 10-and-under tennis pathway on smaller courts using special racquets and low-bounce red tennis balls. The second part of the lesson is dedicated to play; first with the child playing with the parent and later playing against other children with the parents as coaches. Children use our special mini racquets; regulation racquets are provided for parents. Fee is per couple; one parent per child registered. In case of rain, up to two makeups will be held at the completion of the session. No class July 1-7. (ba)
