Ultimate Frisbee® is a simple team sport that has been described as a combination of football, soccer and basketball. Certified coaches prepare players to play, enjoy and be successful. Learn basic rules, how to throw and score points offensively and how to protect the goal defensively. Parents are invited to the championship match at the end of the last day.
