Multiple Locations
This class is designed for adults who are new to tennis or who have taken one or two beginner classes. Participants will learn the fundamental tennis strokes, including forehands, backhands, volleys, and serves, while developing overall consistency and confidence on the court. Instruction will also cover scoring, rules, and basic match play so players feel comfortable playing points and games. This 90-minute class focuses on development drills and repetition, emphasizing the basics of tennis in a supportive learning environment. Participants must bring their own racquet, water, and gym shoes. One makeup class will be offered in the event of inclement weather. This class is strictly for beginner-level players. (ba)
