Meditation is known for its benefits of helping people let go and move forward successfully through their journey. Our meditation practice is structured to target several areas of life events, and each week our Meditation instructor, Jitendra Desai, will speak about a new topic. Jitendra will guide you through meditation to help you move forward in healing and learning how to handle and alleviate daily stress. Participants have the option to take this class in-person or virtually via Zoom. Please have a current email on file to receive the Zoom link.
