Conditioning and stroke clinic is open to any swimmer in second grade through high school. Swimmers must be able to swim competitively. Swimmers should already know how to swim a 50-yard freestyle and 50-yard backstroke. Stroke clinics improve swimmer skills in each of the four strokes along with starts and turns.
