This 30 min small group training session (6 people) will use adjustable straps (like TRX) anchored overhead, leveraging your body weight for this total-body workout that will build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Set up for all levels, this individualized training session will use body angles to improve everything from functional fitness to athletic performance. Class offers motivating group energy, often incorporating circuits or other equipment with a focus on form and safety. All levels welcome.(SM)
