Prairie Point Cmty Park
New runners and elite runners are welcome in this class designed to build a solid running foundation in a fun and instructional manner. Runners will meet once a week to cover static and dynamic stretching, speed and agility work, tempo runs, and build endurance for long runs. At each class the instructor will hand out a weekly running schedule to be completed before the next class. Fee includes registration for the PrairieFest 5K Run. (PT-C)
