Whether you are looking to get in the best shape of your life, learn a martial arts skill, or relieve stress. This is the perfect place to start. This beginning (non-contact) program focuses on foundational techniques, building confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Lead by a certified ISSA ( International Sports, Science Association) coach will include: bag work, focus mitts, strength training circuits, mobility and recovery. Additional Information: modified for all fitness levels to succeed. Participants will need to bring their own regulation boxing gloves and wraps. Comfortable workout clothing is suggested.
