West Englewood
The West Englewood Golden Age Club is a social space for adults over the age of 55. Learn to play new games, make handcrafts and discuss various topics related to healthy living and aging. This week, we will learn about high blood pressure, what causes it and how to lower it. If you have been told you have high blood pressure (hypertension) or you would like to learn more about it, just us for a short informative session and a free blood pressure screening.
