May in Motion is a citywide initiative to motivate Chicagoans of all ages to get moving. This class is appropriate for all skill levels. We focus on strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and mindfulness. See how yoga can help improve your overall quality of life. Yoga mats available to borrow if needed. All fitness levels welcome. This event will be the kickoff to a month of movement in the parks! May in Motion is about promoting movement in any form!
