A fun energetic game - Frisbee football is a non-contact team sport played with a flying disc. The object of the game is to score points by passing the disc into the opposing end-zone, similar to football. Participants will learn the basic skills and fundamentals of the sport in this lead-up activity to flag football and traditional tackle football.
